Usage History

To open the service, begin the service by selecting it from your cell phone's application or games menu.

On the first screen select 'Start', you will then be asked to enter your passcode.

Additional Information

When you first use the service it will run a one-off process to set-up a secure connection. This will take approximately 60 seconds and produces a unique code which will be used to ensure all future connections are completely secure.

After completing the one-off security process your cell phone will connect to the service (this may take a couple of seconds).

If your cell phone fails to complete the security process successfully then you will need to delete the service from your cell phone and download it again (see Cell Phone Help).

You will see a list of your last 10 transactions.

Select a transaction to view the details.

Additional Information

If a transaction you have carried out does not appear in the list then it did not complete successfully.

The transaction summary will not contain details about transactions that you have carried out using other channels such as at cash machines or bank branches.
