Cancel service via web
To cancel the Mobile Money text message banking service, you must first select the 'Cancel Service' option and then delete Mobile Money from your mobile phone.
To cancel your Mobile Money Text Services via the website, go to Manage my Text Services.
Enter the cell phone number of the phone that you used to register for Mobile Money Text Services. We will then send you a text message - we use this text message to check that your cell phone and your wireless carrier are compatible with the service. Standard SMS fees may apply from your wireless carrier.
This message should arrive in the Message Inbox or Web Services Inbox on your cell phone within 60 seconds of your request.
Click on the link that is contained within the text message, and your Handset Verification Code will be displayed. This is a unique code that allows us to verify that the phone is in your possession and that you have initiated the service.

If you are sure that your Handset Verification Code has NOT arrived, then click 'resend'.
The Handset Verification Code allows us to verify that the phone is in your possession and that you have initiated this service. This process blocks another user from registering for the service with your cell phone number.
A list of your current alert preferences will be outlined.
Click "Stop" to stop receiving all text message alerts on your registered handset.
Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation page notifying you that all Mobile Money Text Services have been cancelled.
