Cancel service via text

1. Text the word 'STOP'

Text the word 'STOP' to 42265 to cancel Mobile Money Text Services.

If you have more than one card registered for the service, you can cancel a specific card by texting 'STOP' followed by the card nickname to 42265.

You can cancel the Mobile Money service for all cards by texting 'STOP ALL' to 42265.

2. Recieve cancellation confirmation

A text message is returned to your handset confirming that you have been successfully unsubscribed from Mobile Money Text Services.
