1. Text the word 'BAL'

Text the word ' BAL' to 42265.

If you have more than one registered card, text the word ' BAL' followed by the nickname you assigned to the card during registration, such as ' BAL My Prepaid'.

2. Receive balance text message

Your balance for the selected card is returned to your handset via text message.

If you are unclear on the nicknames you have used, texting ' BAL' to 42265 will result in a response outlining the nicknames of the cards you have registered.
