How do I access Mobile Money using my mobile internet browser?
You will first need to navigate to the Bookmarks folder within your handset and open the Mobile Money bookmark. Upon opening the bookmark, a secure session will be established, and you will be asked to enter your Passcode. Following successful verification of your Passcode, you will be presented with the Mobile Money launchpad and have access to the service.Will my handset support the Mobile Money Browser Service?
The minimum technical specifications that a handset must support are:
- Support for WAP 2.0.
- Support XHTML-MP v1.0, 1.1 or 1.2 markup languages
- Support for SSL/TLS and have the necessary Trusted CA Certificates embedded in the Browser (i.e. VeriSign)

How do I register for Mobile Money?
You can register for Mobile Money through this website or directly on your mobile phone. See our User Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to register.
Currently, registration for Mobile Money from your mobile phone is supported on AT&T, Cellular One, Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile. The following carriers do not support registration via your mobile phone: Alltel, Verizon Wireless, and US Cellular. To register for Mobile Money with any of these carriers, please register using this website.
What if I delete the bookmark for the Mobile Money service?
Text 'DOWN' to 42265 and a new bookmark will be provided if your carrier is AT&T, Nextel, Sprint, or T-Mobile. Otherwise, you must re-register for the service by going to www.monitise.com.Can I use the Browser Service and Downloadable App on the same handset?
Because of the differences in the security models between the 2 clients, it is not possible to run both the browser and downloadable application on the same handset.Why do I receive an error message when I enter my passcode?
Some handsets browsers default to alphanumerical entry. Your Mobile Money passcode must be numerical. Please make sure to select numerical entry when entering your passcode.
Example error message: “There has been a problem processing this transaction, please retry later. For more information see: www.monitise.com. Innermost MATM Message: null, Innermost Message: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 64”
